Elevation 314 is the first ’sustainable’ apartment building in DC. Built for about $100/sf, the 54-unit, 60,000 square foot project contains a geothermal HVAC system, a bio-retention system and was constructed with recycled materials. Project completed by principal Ron Schneck while working with Hickok Cole Architects, the Architect-of-Record. Russell Katz of MOMI DC was the Design Architect. Scurfield Architects was the sustainable design consultant and Land and Form was the Landscape Architect.
